Meet Jesuit Brother John May. Brother John was our enabler tour guide through Sevenhills Cellars here in Clare today. The vineyard/winery has been open since 1851 and has been tasked with making most of the sacramental wine that is used in a good part of Australia and other locations throughout the world.
They also make wine for those of us with, how shall I say, less spiritual motives. And, it is wonderful.
